Thrive@AusGroup is part of our gender parity approach and was founded on the belief that to succeed at work, women can benefit from a little extra encouragement, and that our individual actions, conversations, behaviours and mindsets can have an impact on our larger society.

Sally Coleman, Organisational Development Manager at AusGroup started Thrive to assist in building deeper connections across the female population in the company, promote cheering for each other and to support making change happen so that there is a more inclusive environment to thrive and grow at AusGroup.

We grow, have fun and celebrate through a variety of events.

From our Swan River Sailing Women on Water event through to the Thrive Monthly Course Club, we strive to support the delivery of leadership skills, team building, independence and communication skills amongst our group.
