Long-term specialist support
We can provide single or specialist trade support to complement the core skills at a location or site. This support is supplied as self-managed work group reporting directly to a client manager and working with AGC tooling / plant. We utilise our company procedures alongside client systems to achieve successful delivery and compliance.
Managed maintenance service
Available to our clients on a long-term basis, this service is structured to provide an operational interface with an integrated team approach. It is accountable to our client contract manager who works with our tooling / plant whilst utilising our procedures alongside client systems.
Our multidiscipline teams can include:
- Site Managers / Superintendents
- On-site support (such as administration, QA / QC, planning, HSE and estimating staff),
- Trade supervision
- Trade work groups
- Trade support (trades assistants, stores, crane, plant and equipment operators).
Our services are structured to provide an operational interface, with an integrated team approach and is accountable to a client contract manager.
