Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- To streamline production all metal cladding and insulation are CAD-CAM and CNC cut. QA check done at third party automated cutting company to avoid delay on schedule and rework downstream.
- Items are packed by work packs and labelled for ease of traceability and identification to avoid any form of double handling.
- Proposed change of design for the spacers for the personnel protection metal cladding, with the benefit of streamline fabrication and installation and therefore offering saving to the client.
- Extended cross-checking and communication between site survey personnel and fabrication team to simplify manufacturing process and increase efficiency on the shop floor avoiding rework.
