The Project

The 150 dedicated multidisciplined Rope Access technicians conducted fixed plant shutdown maintenance works on various mine site assets, including:

  • Liner replacement of chutes and primary crushers
  • Condition monitoring; weld integrity checks and thickness testing
  • Detailed reporting
  • Grizzly finger & cassette changeouts
  • Conveyor maintenance (e.g. roller and pulley changeouts)

The work scope was expanded by the client to include 30 ground support crew working on the shutdown circuit.
