The Project
The 150 dedicated multidisciplined Rope Access technicians conducted fixed plant shutdown maintenance works on various mine site assets, including:
- Liner replacement of chutes and primary crushers
- Condition monitoring; weld integrity checks and thickness testing
- Detailed reporting
- Grizzly finger & cassette changeouts
- Conveyor maintenance (e.g. roller and pulley changeouts)
The work scope was expanded by the client to include 30 ground support crew working on the shutdown circuit.
